Right now, Stock, Bond, and Real estate markets are all at record highs. We’re entering  the 10th year of the current economic cycle and we've now matched the previous bull market record set between 1991 to 2001 and we all know how that ended. The S&P 500 decreased by over 40%, and during the financial crisis the markets lost over 56% of their value. There will be a reversion to the mean, and you should take steps now to protect your hard earned profits.

But what options do you have? We created this video to introduce you to a unique asset class that provides safety of principal, double-digit return potential, unique tax benefits, and no market correlation. Watch now

Video transcript: Is there an investment where you can achieve targeted double digit returns without all the volatility that exists on Wall Street? Actually, there is—and it’s been around for over 100 years. The supreme court has ruled on its viability, and large institutional investors like Berkshire Hathaway, Deutsche Bank and others have invested billions of dollars into it—it’s called Life Settlements, an alternative asset class with targeted annual double digit returns without stock market volatility.

In 2013, Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway invested $300 million into Life Settlements, Blackstone Group, LLC invested over $800 million, and Fortress Investment Group recently invested over $1 billion into this unique asset class. The reasons are simple, Life Settlement investments offer a low risk, high return combination without the volatility of Wall Street. In fact, an 11-year study by The London School of Business concluded that a life settlement investment could have expected to earn an average cost-weighted internal rate of return of 12.5% per year between 2001 and 2011.

As great as an investment as Life Settlements are, they aren’t for everyone–you must qualify, and there are risks that must be understood before you invest in this highly regulated asset class. To find out if you qualify, watch this video and fill out the form at the end. We'll contact you to see if you qualify and answer any questions that you may have.
